House Rules
ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES, Necessarily Stated Due to Past Guest Behavior, NOT INTENDED TO BE EXCESSIVE OR BURDENSOME TO GUESTS, Just Reasonable/Respectful Common-Sense Guidelines For The Sake of Everyone, Especially Other Involved Guests:
* Furnished housing is intended for non-local, transient travelers with minimal personal property. Local exceptions and/or "inexperienced" Airbnb individuals limited to 28 night booking initially, and may require a background check and written booking/lease agreement to be approved.
* Pets and service/support animals are usually not possible due to negative impact on other vulnerable guests, host support team, or family members. The common third-party PetScreening pet/animal application is strongly suggested and mutually beneficial for the communication, understanding, and potential accommodation between guest and host. Guests are strongly encouraged to notify host about accompanying pets or animals prior to check-in to avoid misunderstandings or lack of preparation.
* Internet Bandwidth and other Utility surcharges may apply to guests who use the house as an office/workplace rather than leaving for part of the day to work at an outside employer location, or with usage beyond typical amounts.
* No extreme computer or device usage such as bitcoin mining or any other activity that results in higher than average electric or internet charges.
* No other overnight guests without express Host written permission and potential surcharge.
* "No parties or events" also means no regular/extensive outside visitors at the property in order to provide "peaceful enjoyment" to all paying guests.
* Quiet hours: 10 pm to 8 am daily.
* No Smoking or Vaping on property -- inside or outside. No illegal drug use or activity permitted.
* Guests agree to keep the house/rooms in a clean, neat, and sanitary condition by using Host provided supplies to clean up after themselves, including inside kitchen appliances, personal messes in shared bathrooms, and messes in all shared spaces such as kitchen and dining rooms. This is an extended-stay-type Airbnb frequently, but not constantly, cleaned by Host, cleaning crews, or others.
* Additional procedures and guidelines to help ensure that each guest has a 5 Star stay will be provided after booking, in time for guest to cancel within 48 hours without penalty if Host & Guest expectations are incompatible.
* Guests are required to communicate with Host directly for any requests or complaints prior to involving Airbnb support. We are long-time Superhosts, Fair Housing providers with a proven track record of fair, equitable, responsive hosting for all persons and will continue to go above and beyond for equally honest, considerate, reasonable guests/lessees. We strive to earn your 5 Star Review and want to provide you a 5 Star Review as well so Guests are expected to avoid false, malicious, unprovable, or undocumented reports to Airbnb which will harm host's reputation and/or financial standing with Airbnb.
